Passion World Tour

I don't know if I could describe something more incredibly in line with some of my greatest hopes and dreams.

College and University Students.
Across the world.
In the cities.
Proclaiming Jesus.

PASSION is on a world tour and it is absolutely amazing. Check it out at here.
They've been to Kyev (Kiev, Ukraine), Stockholm (Sweden), and are in Sa0 Paulo (Brazil) as I type this. They have 14 more cities to go. I wish I was on this tour with them. I really like PASSION's mission in general. Spearheaded by Louis Giglio, here is a quote I found on their website that speaks volumes about what they are doing:

We have a desire to see university and college students encounter Jesus in a way that causes them to naturally engage the world around them with the story of His rescue and redemption (http://www.268generation.com/2.0/splash2.htm).

They've been in the US for 8+ years. Now, they are taking it across the globe. So sweet.

Reaching the Unreached of Maasailand

Caleb Bislow is beginning the process of taking the gospel to the unreached peoples of Kenya. This is so cool and something worthy of joining hands with.

My friends and the Barbarian Way

My friends are crazy...

...and I love it!

Ted's living and working amidst a variety of hurting and lost people in Chicago.
Emily is currently in Nepal working with and for victims of sex traffiking.
Ging is in the Dominican Republic with Score International.
Chacko is leaving for South Korea in 2 days.
David Nay is heading to England with Operation Mobilization.
David Ridenour will soon be on his way to China for a year.
David "Frenchy" Mercier will be moving to Russia for 9 months.
Andrew's going to Nepal in the Fall.
Kory's going to Ecuador in 2 weeks.
Others are going elsewhere.
Others are staying.
I'm going to Upland (crazy, I know!)

I say none of this to mean that you have to go overseas to be crazy. In fact, sometimes it's hardest to be "crazy" right where you are most comfortable. And maybe sometimes that's where this craziness is most needed. I'm reminded once again, and I feel strongly about this, that I must LIVE the Barbarian Way (thanks go to Erwin McManus). This word "barbarian" may freak some out, but what I mean is that...

I must be different.

I must take risk.

I must love recklessly.

I must be bold.

I must be humble.

I must have hope.

If I say I'm with Jesus, I must be crazy about him and for him.

We must do this!
